We're here to improve the guest experience at a venue, concert or festival because we believe that guests buy experiences. Our Vibe Coordinators act as a bridge between guests and venue staff, their main tool is communication: listening, understanding, speaking firmly and clearly.
Vibe Coordinators provide information and assistance, handle complaints and resolve any conflicts. They work with all venue staff to ensure that guests have a perfect experience - not least to ensure their emotional and psychosocial safety.
In short:
Face control, access control, ticket control, crowd control, emptying the venue.
Problem solving, complaint handling, conflict resolution on the spot.
Noticing and helping to resolve any situation that deviates from normal operations (health, safety, etc.).
Contribute to Venue Management, "information centre" for the venue staff.
Vibe Management process audit and planning.
Education and maintenance training (venue staff and our Vibe Coordinators).
Ongoing case recording, system development.
The Vibe Managers who work with us are the internal representatives of guest experience and guest focus who:
Have extensive experience in music and dance venues, concert venues and festivals.
Communicate in several languages in an assertive and very efficient way, always looking for a solution.
Are patient, empathetic and firm.
Tolerate stress very well.
Have quick situational awareness and excellent organisational skills.
