What is vibe management?

We're here to improve the guest experience at a venue, concert or festival because we believe that guests buy experiences. Our Vibe Coordinators act as a bridge between guests and venue staff, their main tool is communication: listening, understanding, speaking firmly and clearly.

Vibe Coordinators provide information and assistance, handle complaints and resolve any conflicts. They work with all venue staff to ensure that guests have a perfect experience - not least to ensure their emotional and psychosocial safety.

 

What do we do?

In short:

  • Face control, access control, ticket control, crowd control, emptying the venue.

  • Problem solving, complaint handling, conflict resolution on the spot.

  • Noticing and helping to resolve any situation that deviates from normal operations (health, safety, etc.).

  • Contribute to Venue Management, "information centre" for the venue staff.

  • Vibe Management process audit and planning.

  • Education and maintenance training (venue staff and our Vibe Coordinators).

  • Ongoing case recording, system development.

 

Who are the Vibe
Managers?

The Vibe Managers who work with us are the internal representatives of guest experience and guest focus who:

  • Have extensive experience in music and dance venues, concert venues and festivals.

  • Communicate in several languages in an assertive and very efficient way, always looking for a solution.

  • Are patient, empathetic and firm.

  • Tolerate stress very well.

  • Have quick situational awareness and excellent organisational skills.
